Worked directly under the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in formulating the strategy, direction and implementation of computerization efforts in the Philippine Judiciary.

Holds the distinction of being the youngestperson to be appointed Chief of Office and in 1995 conferred the rank of Regional Trial Court Judge in the history of the Philippine Judiciary.

Managed contract negotiations for the acquisition of all technology-related products and services.

Re-engineered legal/judicial processes leading to significant improvements in the administration of justice.

Vice Chairman, Sub-Committee on E-Commerce, Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court, which drafted the Rules on Electronic Evidence.
