To bring the MCLE Lecture Series closer to our colleagues in the province, we are holding, in cooperation with the IBP-Pampanga Chapter, our 36-unit full course 6th 2004 MCLE Lecture Series on December 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2004 (4 consecutive days from Tuesday to Friday) in San Fernando City, Pampanga (Sen. Benigno Aquino Hall, Provincial Capitol Compound).  This is our last lecture series before the end of the First Compliance Period on December 31, 2004.

       The registration fee for the entire 36-unit MCLE Program is PhP9,000.00 regardless of the actual attendance in the sessions and shall cover, among others, the cost of the hand-outs, seminar kits, seminar bag, certificate of attendance and certificate of appreciation, free parking, meals (morning and afternoon snacks and lunch depending on the sessions attended), free-flowing coffee, free notarization and submission of compliance forms with the MCLE Committee.

         Registration fee on a per day basis is PhP3,000.00 per day or PhP1,500.00 per half-day.

         Deadline for the registration and payment is on Friday, November 26, 2004.
